Jana Harris is the Executive Director and Founder of The Educational Arts Corporation. She also serves as the Program Director. She earned her B.A. in Theatre and Mass Communications with a specialization in Broadcasting and TV Production from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Jana is a playwright, an actress and an award winning film director. She has produced over 20 films and commercials including projects for HBO and ESPN. She has served as the Resident Artist in 14 schools. She enjoys working with youth and watching students' creativity come to life.

Ginger Swan Program Manager gswan@eduartscorp.com

Our Program Manager, Ginger Swan, is an accomplished documentarian. She received her B.A. in Mass Communications - Film & TV and a minor in Theatre from the University of Alabama of Birmingham. Ginger has worked with The Educational Arts Corporation since 2007. She has served as the Resident Artist in nine schools, but Ginger has been working with youth for several years, having taught at South City Theatre's Acting Up camp each summer. She has also worked with the Boys & Girls Club.

The Educational Arts Corporation works with several local artists who serve as the Resident Artists in schools throughout the district.
